How to keep the 3 isometric grids in perfect alignment?

Please notice this screenshot.

It is only a prototype, for a future project. In order to simplify some drawing I need the 3 grids to have the exact same separation.

In the screenshot, I was able to align the top-right and bottom-right grids. However, the 2 grids at the bottom are not aligned precisely.

The only way I know to zoom in/out is by using the mouse wheel. Perhaps I need a way to make finer adjustments?

To be sure: What I need to learn is a way to make all the grid squares of the same dimensions.

You set the grid spacing via Right click on Snaps toggle and then selecting "Homegrid".  The grid size (spacing) for all viewports is set here and it is the same for all viewports.  You can prove this to yourself by opening a new scene and changing the grid size to a different value.  You will see all viewports simultaneously update with the new spacing you have chosen.   When you zoom in on a particular viewport, the grid lines naturally will appear to be farther apart, but the actual grid spacing has not changed.  Same thing when you zoom in on a box of say 24 x 24 x 24 units.  It will appear larger in the viewport, but it's actual size hasn't changed.
