First, I'd like to apologize to you for your thread being unanswered until this point. I realize this thread is old, but I'd like to help find an answer for you. I see that this was escalated and handled by another support specialist, but I wanted to follow up here in the forums for future users.
There is no direct way to export the library as a csv file I'm afraid. I've spent some time looking for answers here and I think the easiest method to get these material settings would be to export a scene from 3ds Max that has each one of your materials applied to a different plane or sphere. When you export you could choose the ASCII Scene Export (ASE) format, and from there you could write a tool or script that picks the material information out of that easily accessible ASE file. If you found another way to do this, please let me know and I'll mark that as a solution.
