How to create editable poly shortcut

How can i set shortcut to editable poly because  in the 

Customize User Interface - Keyboard  there are just Edit Poly Modifier

ahaaaa you mean convert to editable poly ??

ok you can create shortcut for it but search for (c) not (E) because it is convert... 

as shown in second screenshot
