How to change hotkey Win Shift Tab? I try to do windows screen but 3ds max open Vieport Cycling.

I'm not sure I understand your question, are you trying to access Windows app switching from 3ds max, if it is the case, should you not use "Win+Tab" or "Alt+Tab". "Win+Shift" in Max do the Viewport Cycling and is not customizable. 

I could not find reference to "Win+Shift+Tab" in  windows keyboard shortcuts list , please let me know if I misunderstood your issue.

I believe the OP was referencing the shortcut key Win + Shift + S for example takes a screenshot in windows.. If you try and capture a screenshot with max in focus it will bring up the swap view shortcut which Autodesk has decided to map to Win + Shift for some silly reason.. (Win key shortcuts are reserved for the OS!).

In 3ds Max, Shift+Win+S is a fixed shortcut that can't be changed. To avoid this issue, try not pressing all three keys simultaneously. Instead, hold Shift first, then press Win and S separately.

Thanks for the tip! It’s helpful to know that Shift+Win+S is a system-reserved shortcut. Holding Shift first and pressing Win+S separately is a simple workaround that should prevent conflicts while working in 3ds Max.
