Maybe you want to clone it instead of mirror it?  Why mirror it at all if it's symmetrical and you want original uvs?

the screenshot I gave just for example in reality I have a symmetrical complex object, you see cloning will only help if the object does not have any individual geometry features, for example a spaceship is modeled symmetrically but then I delete part of it and make a mirror copy and there this problem with the inverted uv shell
advise me if there is a solution with the standard tools?

The best way I know is to reset the Xform and then flip the UV's horizontal.

all these methods do not make the work of the specialists any easier, and I think that Autodesk will solve this problem with the next patch
