Highlight terrain edges somehow in rendering

Hello, I am rendering with Arnold and want to highlight terrain edges somehow on rendering I made some image matching attached down here

there are actually benches on the cut area and how can I highlight that there are benches? do you have any idea to highlight the edges of the corners on material?

Here I've used a Falloff map to separate the flat from the inclined parts of the embankment and an Arnold Curvature shader to emphasize the edges.

Yes, I need something like this since I donot have enough knowledge in 3ds max I did not understand well what you have done to get this result
