Help with Installation

I need help installing 3ds Max.

I am a University student and for one reason or another I can't download this software.

I desperately need it for one of my courses.

Can anyone help?

make sure you have enough ram

make sure windows is upto date and you are using windows 7/8/9/10 64 bit

make sure your virus checker is not blocking 3ds max from downloading.

if this doesn't help give some more details on what the problem is when you try and download it

if you get an error say "Product download consists of multiple files. At least one file is missing or has not been downloaded yet."

make sure your internet pop up blocker is off

Have you tried the suggestions from @irishman_team_kilber ?

If you are still unable to install 3ds Max, can you share the error?  Here is the link to Autodesk Education Community.  And you can find the download link to the latest release of Autodesk products.
