Hdri problem

Hello to everyone! 

My problem is that the light of hdri cannot be seen at 3d studio max while rendering. Not only everything is pitch black, but the slot of the hdri in  material editor is black ,too. Plus i realised that the hdri file ,inside my archives of hdris, when opened by max in order to be put in the environments and effects, it is just white , while it should say hdri, ( see picture below). I use corona render if matters

My pc at home works perfect, the problem is  the pc at work. I am new there, and i cannot figure out what is going on.

Thanks for sharing your issue with us.

I have some thoughts:

• Image attachment is too small for me to view.
• What version of 3ds Max is being used? Any updates applied?
• Do the Environment render settings match?
• Sometimes black previews are because the active render is different. For example: at home you have Corona set to active, but at work it may be set to Arnold or VRay.

When you copied the HDRI to take it from home to work, is it possible that the file did not copy correctly? If you open the HDRI in Photoshop at work, what does it look like?
