Having problem with snap tool

Hello, I am having problem while using snap tool. I've tried to explain my problem on youtube video but I spoke Turkish language on video. I apologize for my spelling mistakes.

By the way I have already did full uninstall program and tried to fresh start but it didnt work.

Also all Snap Tool properties are set as default.

what are you snapping too? if you left or right click on the snaps tool then it will bring up your snaps setting box i think by default it snaps to grid points or vertex so you may need to change that if you have not already done so

These are my snap tool settings, its all set as default already. Still having problem. 😞

Change your snaps setting box from vertex to grid points. close that down. then enable the snaps then use the auto grid to draw a small box on the bigger one.

i think that is what your trying to do

Actually thats not the problem, I want to catch box from corner and create new one on to this. But when i try do that while using snap (vertex) tool it creates square another way. With Grid Point tool I cannot catch box from corner.

The line of vertices does not snap to each other on the same line.

selec this line click right botton - Convert the line to editable spline.

Yeah it works in a weird way. I'm not sure if this is a new bug, or something that've been there forever.
My only solution for it, is using autogrid when creating new box and/or selecting "face" in snap options beside vertex

I'm also having a problem with the 3d snap tool with only vertex option selected.

I just wanted to revive this thread to see if you were still having these issues with Snap, or if they'd been resolved. Did you try toggling between 2.5D and 3D snap mode to see if this made a difference with Vertex Snaps?

it is working ony for 3D snap .! not for 2.5 D snap and 2.D
