Generating an annotation file (xml)

Hi,

I have a project data base with pictures (jpeg) generated using 3ds max and a corresponding annotations file (xml format). I am new to 3ds max, I think I kind of got a hang about how to generate (jpeg files) but I have not idea how to generate the annotation (xml) files. Can someone please guide me with generating the xml files using 3ds max?

Details about the files I've attached.

1. JPEG file (image 1) attached has a back pack (region of interest) over a printer back ground.

2. xml file contains size information. 640X480 for the whole picture and a bounding box size information around the back pack.
