framebuffer render visibility issue

Hi,

when I m rendering in frame buffer in max15 I cant see the render instead cross on the window as shown in the attachment.

can someone tell me what could b the problem.

For questions or problems about Vray, please go to the Chaosgroup forums.   Autodesk does not make Vray and I am unable to offer much support on technical problems with it.  I would check your license service to make sure it's working properly.
