To whomever it may concern,
I have an issue here. I am trying to verify my E-Mail Address, in order to download 3ds Max 2018. The problem is, I cannot, as I can no longer get access to my University E-Mail Address. I contacted one of the Autodesk Colleagues called Mohandas, & he said that he will have it verified, & let me know via my Personal E-Mail Address when it has been verified. Now I just learnt from another Autodesk Colleague called Aparna, saying that this verification has been denied, & I need to go through these steps again. My Case Number with Mohandas is unknown, but my Case Number with Aparna is known.
What do I do? My University E-Mail Address is [email protected]. My Personal E-Mail Address is [email protected]. I need this, in order to continue my 3D Modelling Work, & I do not have Money to purchase the different Autodesk Software Programmes, when I can get it for no amount on this Account.
