Error on install max 2017

hey guys, so iv been trying to update to max 2017 but when i download it and the installer is opening i get an error just as it tries to open the installer. I have tried a lot of the troubleshooting pages around google but none worked. help would be wonderful thanks

PC Specs: 

OS: win10 home

CPU: intel i7-3770

RAM: 16gb

GPU: GTX 660 2gb
