Hi.
I've just started getting this error on certain computers when installing 3dsmax 2011 and 2012. On a clean installation of Win 7 and 3dsmax 2011, I get an error window that pops up saying "error creating ParticleView". I have other computers running Win 7 and 2011 without issue. It seems to have started recently and could possibly be related to Service pack 1 being installed before max is installed. (Just a guess but it seems to be the only thing that has changed.)
I've searched the internet and found some solutions that worked for others (repairing the install), but it didn't help me.
The computers with the issue have different configurations so I'm fairly certain it isn't a hardware issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
