error code 127

3dxstudio.gup failed to initialize. I get this error every time I start 3ds max 2023. Any idea how to fix it? Program won't start until I close the error each time.

That dll is not part of the 3ds Max install but rather something with the 3DConnexion driver package (Space Mouse). Maybe updating the driver from their website will fix things.
