Distutils deprecation warning

I got this warning in maxscript listener everytime I start 3ds Max. Any idea where it comes from?

<string>:8: DeprecationWarning: The distutils package is deprecated and slated for removal in Python 3.12. Use setuptools or check PEP 632 for potential alternatives

Hi,

It sounds like there is a plug-in loading up that is packaged or compiled in an older format.
Says here that you can just ignore it, as it's not really an error:

I doubt it's part of max that is giving this warning. You could try to selectively choose to remove plug-ins or start-up macros until the warning goes away, by removing them from start-up scripts or user macros folders.
Or you could just choose to ignore it. Full explaination here: https://peps.python.org/pep-0632/
