Displace Modifer not Working with OSL?

Connecting a Compostie OSL to Displace Modifier and doesnt seem to do anything.

is there anyway to fix this?

Works fine.

Remember to set a proper blend, and only use OSL nodes for best performance, that means you avoid things like bercon maps and things of that nature in general. And max own legacy maps, dont use them, use OSL instead.
