Customize order, open/close of the roll-outs in command panel

Hi, I have 3 Columns in my command panel, so I want to customize which rollout to be open, position, and order.

I was comfortable during modeling, but when it comes to CAT motion, every bone I click, the Layer Manager is close(sometimes open, randomly) It is so annoying.

Even I drag the little gray box in up-right corner, it reset after I click another object.

Is the any way to customize rollouts?

Thanks for posting about your command panel drop-down issue on the forums! What version of 3DS max are you running?

I would recommend resetting your  3DS Max's settings, here is an article documenting how to do that.

I would also suggest making a custom toolbar for your most often used rigging tools, instructions on how to set that up is here, and i included a little picture too.

He is asking customize Rollout panel and you telling him to create a toolbar? lol
