Custom UI: Track Bar

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the track bar colour?
The track bar is the time line below the time slider.

Is this what you are looking for?

Customize / Customize User Interface / Colors / in the Elements drop down list choose Trackbar / then scroll down to Trackbar Background.

If you change this you may want to change the Ticks and Text as well.

Customise | Customise User Interface | Colours (tab)

Expand the Drop-down list which says "Viewports" and select "Trackbar".
In the listbox below that, select "Trackbar Background".
