Create own Default folder structure

Hello,

i want to create my own Default folder structure when Setting up my current project folder.

Is there a way to do this? Can i create a folder structure and tell max to use this for example where to save geometry and autobackups and render output in my own designed folder structure instead of Autodesk?

There are far to many folder and subfolders and here at the company where i am working they have their own structure that I have to use and I don't want to do this manually every time I am working on a new project.

Thanks in advance

You can change the defaults by going to the Customize toolbar and choose 'Configure Project Paths'.  You can repath all the defaults to your own folder structure, and make paths relative or absolute.

To be honest, I have tried to use projects in Max and didn't like it.  Yeah, the default folder for opening or saving assets is on my local drive, but I pin my current project folders to Windows Quick Access to make it easier to navigate to my desired location.
