Cant open Autocad FBX

Hi! I have an Autocad FBX file (a character). If I import this file on 3DsMax 2019, stop working. If I import on Autocad, I cant see anything (but I know the file is correct).

I have others files like this and also cant open them. Can you help me?

do you get a error or does the viewport just freeze
