Can't see the box while selecting the object

Hello everyone,

i'm new to this forum.

i wanted your help regarding the above issue i mentioned.

The Problem-I'm able to select the object but not able to see the dotted line box which appears while we hold the left click and drag it to select the object.

It makes it difficult to see which object you are selecting.

Please help

This problem is new or you always had this problem since the installation?

What is your graphic card and your installed drivers?

And make sure you have all service packs installed for your version.

Try resetting 3ds max to default, it is explained on this link:
