Bug? : Running Load Envelopes with ".env ASCII" on 3ds Max 2021.3 fails.

It's a simple test.
Load Envelopes from Cilinder002 to the duplicated Cilinder003 using ".env ASCII". The result was different.
I was able to copy correctly in 2021.2. Is it a bug in 2021.3?

Thanks for your question. I'm pinging one of our Max developers to take a look at this and see if this is a regression issue, and if so, if there's an easy workaround. I'll let you know what I find out!

So I have been working in 3ds max 2021.1 and saving increments and finished work and posing. When I reopened my latest file it was broken as in the image below. But the thing is it's broken in all of my working files. I reopened them and backtracked on the same day I was working Friday then on Monday when I opened the same files all the enveloped weights were broken in all the same places in each file. I can forward the working file if needed. Does anyone know what the issue is? I installed 2021.3 but don't want to risk re-doing it if it's a persistent bug. Thanks
