Backgrund Image in Active Shade Viewport mode doesn't match with the Active Shade window mode and the final Rendering ?

Hi!
I do a 3D tracked VFX shot in 3ds Max with Arnold and i have the problem, that the video file in the BG (Environment) is only in the Active Shade (Arnold) Viewport mode wrong. 

I have activated "show save frame" and the aspect ratio of the final render and the Active Shade is also equal.

I have no idea why the Active Shade Rendering looks in the Viewport different to than in the Window mode.
Any ideas?

Hi @patrick.proier,

 

Thanks for your question! Could you please post example images showing the differences? Without seeing them, it's difficult to determine what may be happening here.

 

The Environment background displayed in your viewport may look different (lower-quality) because it's being down-sampled to match the overall viewport size. However, if it's displaying at a different aspect ratio or something similar, then we'd have to see examples and look at your program settings as well.
