Backburner 2018 Multible Errors...Version 2018.0.0.3005

Hi all, this is a bit odd for me as I have used 3ds Max for over 12 years but the first time I have come to Autodesk for help! I have used Backburner for several years as well to que up renders 'over night' to be honest I've liked it's simplicity however I never trusted it, and it would always throw up random errors! I have now started a new roll in a new company on a brand new fresh machine and right out of the box Backburner is giving me grief!

There doesn't seem to be any apparent Rhyme or Reason for the errors and mid way through my list of renders some will render absolutely fine! It's worth mentioning that ALL renders start, render and finish, this includes saving the file out but for some reason an error is thrown up and it will restart the job again...and again... so 4 or 5 images turn into 30!

I have copied some of the different 'error' reasons from the log below, they aren't the same errors which is annoying, and like I said some jobs render absolute fine so it's hit or miss. I am using the latest Vray Render engine.

Any help to get Back burner error free would be amazing as it's a problem I should have addressed years ago!
