I don't personally know of anything. But I have a workflow that's pretty easy if you'd like to hear it. But for now, if you are just looking for a script or program, we can wait to see if anyone else answers this post with something they use. If you never find anything just write back and I'll do a little video of what I do.

In case it helps someone else, until someone points out a program that does this automatically, yet I've never run across one (entrepreneurial opportunity here...lol...), here's what I do and it's really fast and really accurate if you do it precicely.
EDIT: The post would not allow me to upload an ,mp4, treating it as if was a virus. It kept deleting it so I uploaded a .zip. Not as convenient but you can still watch it, you just have to download it.
