AEC Extended Walls and Dynamic System

Hello everyone, I am a student using 3ds Max at a beginner level. I have built walls using AEC Extended Walls and would like to convert them into Static objects. Once I do, the 3ds Max just shut off automatically. Would anyone please tell me what happened?

For your information, I am using a Lenovo laptop with:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2801 Mhz, 4 Cores, 8 Processors
16.0 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050

never convert them down because you will lose the ability for max to automatically cut the holes in the walls for the windows and doors, unless your going to boolean a box into the walls for the windows and door and box model them.

anyway have you update your 3ds max to the latest service pack and hotfix? you can go into the windows event viewer and double click on windows log and then double click on applications look for any warning or errors to do wikth 3ds max and double click on it windows will give you a short description of what is the problem if you run that through google it will likely give you an answer.  if not you can upload the file so someone can take a look at it,
