3Dsmax Dialogs are stretched out

Hey, Just installed max 2022 on a laptop, RTX 360 drivers are updated, windows 10, display scalling at 100% basically default win and max and the windows are all stretched out and some details are not aligned

Managed to fix the issue, read more in comment here 
TLDR: Update windows 10 from version 21H2 to 22H2
