As the title says explicitly, I can not save nor pull up anything I have worked on, I've tried to solve this by installing missing updates, uninstalling and re installing 3dsmax 2023 but facing the issue once again. This is the issue encountered. looking into the details of the error this meesage apeared Error: CLR exception - code e0434352 (first/second chance not available). No clue on what to do.

Try to delete or rename the following folder:

%userprofile%q\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsmax\2023 - 64bit\

3dsmax will then recreate it when you start the app. Most of the times i got that error was due to corrupted 3dsmax profile.

Hi, more specifically you should rename the ENU folder, not the entire 2023 - 64bit folder itself. Please do not rename the 2023 - 64bit folder.

Also please have a read of this thread, it sounds quite like the same issue this user was having:

The only folder inside 2023 - 64bit is ENU, so it makes no difference whichever you rename, it will be recreated on 3dsmax start.

Hi,
Some users keep a copy of their ENU folder in that folder too, as a 'last
known working configuration', myself included. So I just thought I'd
mention the correct folder to rename. Rather than max resetting the entire
folder structure. 😉

hey guys and everyone that answered, the very next day  of the post I delt with the problem, at around the same hour of the later answers! I uninstalled 3dsmax and everything related to it, erased every file linked to it in both disks(HDD and SSD) and installed it brand new! thank you guys for your time, I really apreciate it.
