3dsmax 2018 edit button appearence

So in older versions I could easily change the buttons on my custon toolbars.

In max2018, right clicking on the buttons doesent do anything. I can see that there's a button there, but thats it. Is this a bug or working as intended?

latest 3dsmax 2018 with win7.

Hello @Anonymous,

It's a known issue that has been logged into the tracker and was not intentional.  It will be addressed in a future update, and yes... it's annoying.
