3dsmax 2017 Vertical text in vertical toolbar

Hi, I'm customizing my max 2017...

It seems that we can't load 2016 keyboard (or I miss something)

and I can't manage to make my text vertical in vertical toolbars (unchecked in preferences) I run max several times but no effect.

Any idea ? thanks.

Text is always horizontal.

I reinstall max for the 4th time.

Max don't keep quad vertical margin option value too....

I never had such problem to configure max from max 2010....
