3ds max wont install

im a student at the moment and im trying to download  the 3year student trial but this keeps happening evry time i try to download this program, and it cant be due to lack of system requirements because i have Unity game engine installed on my laptop and i was also able to get 123d design, blender everything works except for 3ds max and i have 8 gb ram aswell can anyone help me

Do i need some other auto desk program to download it or support it maybe ? like the auto desk vault to support the materials or something

Welcome to the Community. 

I would recommend that you try re-downloading the installer from the Virtual Agent instead. Then, follow the installation instructions here. Let us know how it goes.

i followed the instructions step by step exactly but now it dosnt even download let alone try to install, why is this so awkward !, iv been trying for nearly three weeks now and i think iv have tried every way possible.
