i've seen a lot of post from people and they have the same problem as me.
3dsMax never starts, and all thanks to that ****ty license comprobation software.
after months of searching i finally found the solution. just crack the **** software.
i dont know why is such a pain in our ass, I PAY for my license and i'm forced to crack it lol.
