3Ds Max Vray Render Problems

Hi, I'm using Autodesk 3Ds Max and Vray. I modeled a model and usually covered it using VrayMTL. Then I opened a blank screen and modeled another thing that I was going to model, and I assigned texture from VrayIES and VrayMTL on it. I also added a camera using VrayCAM. Then I made the first model I created, merge into this model, and adjusted it to the point where I wanted to put it. I then rendered using 'V-Ray 6' (V-Ray GPU doesn't work for some reason) but it gave a completely black render. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get through this black rendering problem. Then I tried to reopen the first model I created and render it, but black came out there too. Although I added VrayLight and VrayIES, black rendered came out. When I only added VraySUN, I was able to render in color. Also, I want to render without the sky (PNG) and just as light (I don't want to sun), but the program also gives black render when the sky doesn't necessarily want it. By the way, the problem is 90% on the first model because the model can render 2 without lights and sky (I want a black background). The main problem is in the first model. What can I do? My request is to add animation to model 1 and I want it to appear in model 2. But it never happens and I will use this file in my project, so I have a number of days.. what can I do as soon as possible? I seriously tried for 2 days and went crazy in these 2 days.

I hope it's not too late. If the problem still persists you can always send the file over so that we can check.

In the meantime you can try the above setup. Here I have assigned green color to background from Max Environment and Cyan in the GI environment. That's way the object is rendered under the lighting of the GI environment. You can assign a HDR map to GI environment to get a good lighting but set the environment color to black to keep background black.

You can also try resetting the render settings to see if it will help you. I'm pretty sure this has nothing to do with one of the models.
