Hi, for 2 hours I've been struggling with redownloading this app because I need it for a project at uni and it seems not even the support is helping when it's a technical issue with the app. I've been getting the following message when I tried to start up the app:
It would be really great if you could help me because I really need to work on this app since the project it's due in 2 days
It looks like the error is coming up while trying to load 'emproxy.dlo' based on what I see at the bottom of your screen shot. Try going into that folder and removing that DLO file to see if it will run then. If so, then it may be corrupt and in need of replacing.
