3ds max crashes after launching to viewport

Hi everyone! I have a problem with launching 3ds max. My 3dsmax launches to viewport and then crashes without any warning or error alert. I attached photos to be clear in my description.

Here's the things I tried to make:

- Put 3dsmax.exe into exceptions in anti-virus and windows defender

- Returned Max to factory settings by deleting ENU folder

- Runed as administrator

- Tried to change graphic engine to Nitrous Software, OpenGL

- Updated graphic card's drivers and also updated BIOS

- Reinstalled 3ds Max

- Reinstalled windows so to start from fresh, but after that 3dsmax has worked only for a week and then problem reappeared

- I also installed two different versions of max: 2022 and 2023 and they crashed too

I will appreciate your help! Any solutions are welcome

Thank you in advance,

Nazar

Hello @t.nazarjoker ,

Are there any clues in the log files for 3dsmax?   Link here on how to find them.

I'm not sure if anything wrong here. I'll appreciate if you tell me what's the problem

Out of curiosity, does anything in this article help?  Maybe try a different graphics driver?  (In 3dsmax)

I tried to change graphic drivers. I changed every of them, and still nothing. Yesterday, I've updated directx, and didn't help neither.

Do you have any other solutions? Any ideas that could've help?

Best bet I think is to post on the Installation and Licensing forum, they have folks who specialize in this sort of thing.  This forum is mostly about usage but I took a shot.
