3ds Max 2023 Menus Opening in Wrong Position Issue

Hi,

I'm using 3ds Max 2023, and when I click on a menu button (e.g., Wireframe), the menus open in far-off positions on the screen. This issue makes it difficult to use the menus, especially on a large monitor. I've checked the screen resolution and scaling settings, but the problem persists. How can I ensure the menus open in the correct position?

Does anyone have any solutions or has experienced a similar issue? Thanks in advance for your help!

It generally happens when you have large 4K monitors. You say you've checked the screen resolution and scaling settings, but what actual settings are you using? Can you screenshot them from both your video card properties page and the Windows monitor settings page? You might still have something set incorrectly.

Hello @sakaenes,

There is a known issue when using two monitors with different scaling settings, and a dialog or tool opened on the second monitor. Could that be your case? Often, that issue can be resolved by simply closing the dialog on the second monitor. If the problem persists, you might consider setting the same scaling for both monitors and modify their resolution as necessary.

Let us know if that helps.
