3ds max 2021 Per view settings: apply to all viewport is missing

Hi everyone,

I want to apply my settings to all viewports like I saw in a video but at the end of the label there isn't any apply to all viewports. can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? I have 3ds max 2021.
