As I was uninstalling the 2019 edition of 3ds Max so I could revert back to the 2017 edition, I forcefully closed down the uninstallation process in the Task Manager because I thought it was taking a bit too long (like it was really taking its time). I couldn't uninstall it now, because it says "Failed to get allied products" every time I try, and even tried using Revo Uninstaller and the MS Fix It tool.
But I can still run 3ds Max 2019. I just couldn't remove it from my PC, and even reinstall/repair doesn't work.
It shows the "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed".
What can I do?
Would greatly appreciate any help.
