This is a problem that im having since the weekend, at first its started with a message that forestpack was collecting maps and it stucked on 50% loading. I looked the issue on itoo forums they had a post on the issue an the solution was to add the paths on custom paths or deactivate the option on itoo ini setting files. After doing that i tried to open the file and there was no more loading maps message but max kept loading the file with nothing loading.....so i tried a couple of files that have forest and one of them open fine, once the file opened i tried opening again the file that was not loading and it opened fine. I close max again to test and again the same file that open didn't want to open again. I had to do the process again, open one file that actually opens and then open any other file and it loads fine. this issue all start after installing a custom itoo forest pack library, but i deactivated the feature and now it just doesnt load the file. Yesterday i installed the secutrity update but that doesnt seems to fix this issue.
any ideas on what might be causing this issue? im using 3ds max 2018 vray 3.6 and latest itoo forest pack plugin with their corresponding licenses.
