You can use the Tab key to jump from field to field in the dialog box and Shift-Tab to go backwards.  Select the top most field and hit Shift-Tab and this should place you at the Cancel button you can't see or Shift-Tab one more time to be at OK. Then press Enter and exit the dialog box.  Also try Shift-Enter.

Here's a crazy idea but i tried it and I think it will work for you since your vertical resolution is so low.

Go to the Windows Control Panel for you graphics board and change your display from Portrait to Landscape! This will give you more "vertical" pixels and you should be able to reach the bottom of the dialog box.  Your mouse motions will be reoriented by 90° but you can still navigate. Switch when can.

Hello, Till today I was following this method .....By changing landscape to portrait mode, it works fine for simple scene but for other scene all settings are applied and finished by clicking OK then, if i change the rotation  back from 90° to 0° the 3ds max crashes or it become unresponsive.

Please help me to fix it.. can i change floating window size in "3ds max ini " file or any other way

I'm sorry that I don't have a solution to this, but I'd like to chime in and say that this has been a recurring problem for me too. I really wish Autodesk would come up with a straightforward solution to this issue since this keeps happening and it makes it very difficult to work when some features and windows become unavailable.

Hello,

I found solution for this problem & sorry for the delay to post that here.

This problem keeps hapenning only to some users due to display driver issue, try to unistall display driver and install it with latest version of the driver it works well. I solved this issue and it works fine for me.
