[3DS Max 2018] Content of the Command Panel duplicating itself

Hello,
Ever since I've installed 3DS Max 2018, I've had this strange bug occurring where my object would get the content of the Command Panel duplicate itself whenever I collapse it, often leading to stuff like this :

So far the only solution I've found is to restart 3DS Max, but when I work all day on it, having to restart the program every half hour tends to get on my nerves.
Whenever possible I prefer to stick to 3DS Max 2017 but as of recently, the 2017 version started crashing on a regular basis, forcing me to switch to the 2018 version.

My computer specs are the following :
-Windows 7 64bits
-Intel Core I5-4690 3.50GHz
-16Go RAM
-NVidia Geforce GTX 1060 6GB

I'm also using the student versions of 3DS Max.

Any idea on how I could fix this ?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply !
Is there a link for downloading the update on the autodesk website ? For some reason, the Autodesk Desktop app never worked on my computer so I can't update from there
EDIT : Nevermind, I found the update files after going through my account settings
