3Ds max 2017 perpetual license.

Hi, question about perpetual license. 

If i'd to buy 2017 version say from here:

Can i use then 3ds max 2017 for commercial content? Freelancing, games, animations?

Or the only option nowadays is to buy a subscription?

that is not a legal copy considering perpetual licenses costs several thousand dollars

that is most likely a student license which cannot be used for commercial purposes

Autodesk only sells subscription plans

Thanks. I already found out about indie version of 3ds max, that is a solution for me.
