just installed 3ds max 2017 and this happened. any solution?

I'd like to help you with this problem. Typically this issue can be fixed by restarting 3ds Max, going to Customize->Custom UI and Defaults Switcher->Press the "Set" button. You may have to restart 3ds Max after you do this. Please let me know if you continue to have problems.
