3ds max 2016 crashes when I enable Viewport Layout Tabs

I have a problem with the Viewport Layout Tabs in max 2016 :

The Tab do not appear anywhere in the viewport, but it is enabled.

If I try to disable and reenable it, 3ds max crashes everytime.
