3d max restore factory settings no

The error appears when running 3d max.

3d max doesn't run even if i delete the file in the folder of pictures and run it again.

I tried several methods, such as deleting and reinstalling, but all failed.

I also uninstalled the wacom tablet driver but 3d max does not run.

Anyone who knows a solution please reply.

I can only guess here, you might want to post on the Installation and Licensing forum for a better suggestion.

Can you try running as administrator?  Maybe 3dsmax doesn't have permissions to recreate the settings.

My only other guess is that it's confused by the characters in the username.  Are you running 3dsmax in Korean or in English?  In the Program Files-> Autodesk -> 3dsmax -> folder there are versions for each language.

I would do an ENU reset. It's the same thing that the message that pops up does I guess. But, I'd try ignoring that and closing Max. Well, I guess it is closed since it won't start.

Then go find your folder named 'ENU.' Rename it to say 'ENU-OLD.' Now start Max, Max will build a brand new one. See if that fixes your problem.

FYI, my ENU is here, search and you'll find yours:  C:\Users\XXXXXX(your user name)\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2023 - 64bit

Also worth noting that ENU is for English installations, and you may need to check the KOR folder instead.
