3D Max indie license

Morning everyone,
I do hope someone can help me out with this. I'm trying to find out where I can download the 3D Max indie license, I can see that I can download the monthly subscription or yearly subscription but I can't seem to find the indie license.
Due to this covid 19 pandemic Im now without a job, but I have managed to pick up a bit of work, however the yearly subscription would blow my budget, the indie license would be ideal to get me back up and running.
I would appreciate any help with this, thanks in advance,

Darren, thank you for reply. I have just had a look and I'm eligible which is good news, so where do I sign up and download, my PC is off line at present so I'm viewing via my iPad.

Hi Darren, yes I did use the link you posted, maybe it's because I'm using the iPad at the moment, I expect there is something maybe a link not showing up. I'm getting the PC up and running tomorrow which will be a lot better.

Hi Darren,  I can open the link you posted that's fine, but I can't find where I'm supposed to download if from. There is nothing on that page that says download here etc. Can you be a bit more specific as to where I go from that page.

Darren, just to let you know I have now sorted myself out got the pc up and running and downloaded the indie license, all good.
