3D Max 2023 Issues

Dear 3ds Max Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I have been using 3ds Max for a while, and I have recently encountered an issue that I would like to bring to your attention. After extended periods of usage, I notice the software starts to experience some unexpected behavior, including [ such as crashes, slow performance, rendering time ]. These issues have affected my workflow and project deadlines. i already upgrade the software with no luck , please advise

The Support Team will likely not respond here. This is a User-to-User forum. Occasionally they pop in here, but not very often. We pretty much help each other in here. 

If you have an issue that you think requires support, you need to 'Report' it properly and or seen support in the proper channels. Hagen has a permanent post at the top of this forum that tells you how to report things and seek support. 

Aside from that, you issue sounds like it may be hardware or OS related. It's not uncommon to see issues like that as the machine (often laptops) begin to over time to struggle to handle the calculations. What are your machine specifications?

That sounds normal? 😁

2023 was very stable though and I rarely had problems with it - as said above it sounds like it is hardware related, a dodgy hard drive / memory can do this - a new install usually cures it.

i did reinstall it , upgrade HW and still the same
