2019 Failing to Launch after Initializing

Hello everyone,

I'm having trouble getting into 3ds Max. I have the student version. I am trying to figure out why 3ds Max will not open once I've clicked on it. I get the initializing pop-up box, then it says it's starting. After that, the window minimizes into my taskbar, and will not open. It just sits there flashing orange on and off, like its taunting me. I've uninstalled and reinstalled countless times, I've even run repairs from the installer.

If someone has a fix or series of fixes for this please let me know, and thank you in advance.

This lead me to Google. I chose the first solution to read and it worked. All I had to do was type it the command path, change the file ENU yo ENU_old. pressed Enter. And opened 3ds Max and it works again. Thank You.
