Missing textures when object is imported

Hi people! So basically, i have been purchasing a lot of objects from CgTrader, Turbosquid etc. I download the objects in Corona format, since i use corona render. The object in corona format, and the textures/maps are downloaded and unzipped into a library. I give the file a test run, just to see if the textures and scale is in place. They are, but once i import the files into my interior scene file, they are missing. This happens almost everytime, and it completely destroys my work flow. anybody else had this problem before?

Yea it happens because you may not use a relative path in your Max project.

I do the same but I use a script called 'Relink bitmap' just point to the folder where all those textures are and this script put everything back to normal.
